The CONNEXT office building consists of six sections constructed between 1973 and 2000 and comprehensively modernized in 2012. The complex currently offers various office spaces for rent, including approx. 2,323 m² on two floors in Building 1 and approx. 5,137 m² in Building 5, distributed across a total of six floors. The spaces can be flexibly subdivided from approx. 320 m² or from 845 m², allowing them to be optimally adapted to tenants’ needs.
As part of planned renovation measures, the offices will be redesigned according to the tenants’ wishes, including new kitchenettes, sanitary facilities, floor lamps for workstations and IT cabling.

In addition, an adjacent parking area is available, accessible from both Salzachstraße and Casterfeldstraße. More than 175 outdoor parking spaces are available for future tenants.
