The schoolhouse, built in 1835, was in use until 1968, when up to 50 pupils were taught there.
After it was sold by the municipality in 1968, it was extensively renovated and converted into a residential building the following year.
The house is in a very quiet location near St. Martin's Church and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.
