The first-floor apartment has recently undergone extensive renovation. The second bathroom with natural light is currently being completed, and the final accessories and furnishings are being brought in. This is a quiet shared apartment for four; three rooms have already been firmly allocated. From 15.10.2026, the last room will also be available furnished for first occupancy.

Laundry room in the basement: Use of professional washing machines and tumble dryers can be booked as an optional extra (€15.– per month maintenance & energy flat fee).
