Very beautiful, bright 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor, with hallway, bathroom, kitchen, 2 balconies (in front of each room), 1 storage cellar, washing machine in the cellar with drying room. The apartment was completely renovated and the flooring replaced before it was rented, and later the room doors and frames were replaced with high-quality white doors with brass door fittings. The bathroom was partly retiled in a wood design, giving it a warm atmosphere. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can be reached comfortably by elevator. Medical practices are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. From the 3rd floor up, there are only 2–3 apartments per floor. The building is a very pleasant place to live.

Fittings and features, as described

The apartment entrance is in the middle of the apartment and opens onto a small hallway, straight ahead from which is the bathroom with a window. To the right of the hallway is the bright bedroom with a large window and windowsill; next to it is the glazed balcony door providing access to the balcony. The bedroom has room for a large double bed and a full-length wardrobe along the wall on the right.
To the left of the hallway is the living/dining room, which has space for a dining table on the left as you enter. Opposite is the entrance to the small kitchen, where an L-shaped fitted kitchen or possibly a shortened U-shaped one can be installed. The kitchen has a small window in the left-hand corner opposite the entrance.
Walking past the kitchen, you enter the living area, which also has a large window with a windowsill and a glazed balcony door immediately to its right, leading to the second balcony. Each balcony extends across half the width of the adjacent room (kitchen or bathroom), offering space for a small table and chairs or loungers.

Upon entering the apartment, you find yourself in the central hallway, which connects all the rooms. To the right is the bright, sunny bedroom with a balcony and a large window above it; its right exterior wall has been fitted with separate internal thermal insulation. From the bedroom, you have a lovely view of the treetops opposite. Opposite the entrance is the bathroom with natural light, featuring a bathtub with an integrated shower.
To the left of the entrance is access to the dining area, opposite the kitchen and the open-plan living room with a balcony and a large window, which also offers a view of the treetops opposite. The kitchen with natural light offers ample space for a wraparound kitchen unit and all electrical appliances, as well as, if required, a washing machine and/or dryer.
