The listed villa was built in 1901 and completely renovated in 2018/19. Underfloor heating and high-quality oak floorboards have been installed throughout the apartment. The 2.30 m-high solid wood doors complement the ceiling height of 3.35 m. The stucco work and ceiling roses in the apartment were restored by a plasterer. All electrical wiring, as well as the water and wastewater pipes, were completely replaced. The ceilings were insulated against impact noise.

The period apartment has a living area of approx. 140 sqm; you live in a quiet yet central location. The apartment comprises a total of 5 rooms (a living room, a separate kitchen-diner, 3 bedrooms), two bathrooms with natural light, as well as a spacious entrance hall and additional hallways. When my wife and I moved into the stylish Art Nouveau apartment in December 2019, we assumed it would be our retirement home. As our daughter and her husband live in the Bergstraße area and have had a baby, we have decided to move by the end of this year and sell our period apartment.
