Flexible rentals – individual rooms or the entire shared flat

Alternatively, the entire apartment can be rented to an established student shared flat. Are you a group of up to six students looking for a spacious new home together? You can rent the entire apartment with all six rooms and agree on the room allocation amongst yourselves.

The total monthly net rent is €2,950 plus €460 in service charges. This results ina total rent of €3,410 per month. The deposit for the entire apartment is €6,000.

The apartment is heated by gas. Heating and hot water are already included in the stated operating cost advance payments. Electricity and internet are payable by the tenants in addition.
