In principle, each resident is responsible for leaving the communal areas clean,

is only intended to avoid potential disputes among residents and to ensure an acceptable, consistent level of cleanliness
from the outside as well.

Rooms 5–7 can be used as a separate, self-contained apartment,
with its own bathroom, kitchen and storage room. Own mini washing machine in the bathroom, or washing machine

Everyone lives independently. So it is simply an individual room with communal areas,
