Alexa-controlled ambient LED lighting allows for different lighting moods; a 65-inch smart TV with ambient lighting and 100-Mbit Wi-Fi complete the amenities.

The combined living, dining and kitchen area provides space for cooking, eating, working and settling in. The kitchen basics include a Nespresso machine and the essential equipment required for everyday life. The furnished balcony extends the living area.

The bathroom features a walk-in glass shower at floor level. Smart-home functions for lighting, scenes and TV can be operated via Alexa; additional comfort functions are prepared. Digital code access enables a coordinated, flexible arrival.

Intermediate cleaning and linen changes can optionally be arranged through partners.

Minimum rental period: 6 months. The apartment is rented fully furnished, including basic kitchen equipment and an initial set of bed linen and towels. The parking space directly in front of the house is included in the rental price.
