“Grüne Mitte” Residential Complex – Elverdisser Straße 29A-D in Bielefeld, 2022
On the site of a former tennis hall together with outdoor tennis courts, Bernd & Frank Stopfel GbR planned, from mid-2022, a residential complex inserted in the center of the neighborhood, comprising four apartment buildings. A total of 36 rental apartments with 2- to 4-room layouts were created.
All apartments are equipped with balconies or terraces. The spacious property allows for above-ground parking and generous, high-quality landscaping throughout the entire complex. An above-average number of bicycle parking spaces, some of them covered, will be provided.
The façades are designed with generously glazed stairwells and different plaster surfaces with smooth and broom textures. Color accents in warm-tone nuances are intended.
