It is intended for people staying in Berlin temporarily for professional or personal reasons, e.g. project assignments, secondments, fixed-term employment, visiting lectureships, internships or transitional housing after a move. Your primary residence (centre of life) must remain elsewhere for the entire rental period; proof of the temporary purpose is a prerequisite for signing the lease.

The bright one-room apartment is on the ground floor of a classic Berlin Altbau and was fully renovated in July 2023. It comes completely furnished and ready to move in — just bring your suitcase. The rent is an all-inclusive flat rate covering furniture, heating, water, electricity, high-speed internet and TV; no separate utility statements.

Rental period: minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months; extension by agreement possible if the temporary purpose continues. No holiday or touristic use.
