Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ortsrand von Mörsdorf sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick über den herrlich angelegten Garten.
Im Jahr 2015 wurde in Mörsdorf die damals längste Hängeseilbrücke errichtet, die den Ort zur einem mittlerweile sehr bekannten Touristenmagnet werden ließ.
