I have lived in this beautiful apartment myself since 2014 and, during my working life, greatly enjoyed the short walk to work, the quiet evenings, and the many opportunities for leisure activities. However, I am now definitively spending my retirement in the Eifel and have therefore made the difficult decision to give up the apartment. Handover in broom-clean condition is therefore possible at short notice. If necessary, parts of the furnishings may also be taken over.
