You enter the apartment via a spacious hallway, from which the bedroom, large eat-in kitchen and living room can be accessed.
The living room has a balcony with a lovely view over Pforzheim and offers plenty of space for a comfortable living area.
The bright bathroom with natural light is equipped with a bathtub, a spacious washbasin, a towel warmer and an additional heating option.

Keeping dogs and cats requires the landlord’s prior consent. Due to the circumstances, the apartment is only suitable to a limited extent for larger animals.
