About this apartment

Our newly renovated and lovingly modernized, spacious 4-room apartment is looking for a tenant from July. It offers 154 sqm: 3 bedrooms, a large living-dining area with kitchen, a storage room, a very large bathroom, guest WC, balcony and terrace. Raised beds are currently being built on the terrace, where you can plant whatever you like. The apartment has underfloor heating, which will be connected to the heat pump in a few weeks. It gets its electricity from the photovoltaic system on our roof. As a result, the ancillary costs are comparatively low. All windows are new, triple-glazed and fitted with shutters. A small note about the floor plan: The large room on the right (east-facing room), next to which the small balcony is located, is divided down the middle by a wall. This is not shown. There is also storage space in the basement. Parking spaces are available in our large courtyard. In the future, we will be able to provide charging facilities for electric cars.

Our house is located on the edge of the village in Schmellenhof, a beautiful outlying district of Wüstenrot. Hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers will find themselves in paradise here. Picturesque hills and valleys, surrounded by meadows and forests, invite you to linger and explore. The elevation gives us regular winter wonderlands. Wüstenrot (3 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bicycle) has various supermarkets, doctors, a pharmacy, butcher, bakery, ice cream parlors, schools, kindergartens, an outdoor swimming pool, nursing home, stationery shops, post office, garden centers, etc. A bakery van also visits Schmellenhof regularly, and we have a bus stop. It is a three-minute walk away.

About us: We are a young family and live on the ground floor. Our family includes a dog, who is occasionally out and about in the courtyard. Our chickens also like to spend time there.
