On the edge of the small town of Selters in the Westerwald, a total of 55 building plots ranging in size from 190 to 690 square meters are available in the new development area „Am Sonnenbach“. The weekly market, cultural offerings and neighborhood management are considered special features. The A3 between Cologne and Frankfurt and the A45 can be reached quickly, as can Montabaur ICE station. Selters is located in a rural setting with plenty of forest.
