The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building in Edertal – Gellershausen (Emdenau). According to the owner, the solidly built house was constructed around 1950. The conversion into residential units took place in the 1970s.

The building is heated by an oil-fired central heating system. A new heating system is still to be installed at the seller's expense (share). Hot water is provided by an instantaneous water heater, which was installed in 2018.
