I am offering my 2-room condominium in Bremen Rönnebeck for sale. The apartment is part of a three-unit building and has approx. 60m2 of living space. It impresses with its good layout, a large living/dining area, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as the exclusive right to use a large, fully fenced and secluded terrace with access to the carport.
I only bought this apartment myself about 4 years ago. Unfortunately, my place of work has now moved to Bremerhaven, and in the long run this commute is too far for me. Therefore, I can now offer you this condominium.
This house was built in 1957 and divided under the German Condominium Act (WEG) in 1980, and an extension was added as part of this process. This extension is now the rear part of the apartment, with the bathroom and bedroom. Given the more recent construction date and the renovated heating system, it seems likely that the actual energy efficiency rating for this apartment should be somewhat better than the rating determined for the entire house in 2018. You are welcome to view the latest gas bills during a viewing.
The owners' association manages itself; unfortunately, due to staffing issues, the professional property management company terminated its management contract at the end of 2024.
The current monthly service charge is 145€ including 55€ for the maintenance reserve for the common property. The remaining 90€ cover building insurance, bank fees, minor maintenance work, and the costs for fresh water/wastewater. The house has only one water meter, so water is billed according to person-days. The apartment itself has a WEA share of 300/1000.
