Your own retreat for studying: This compact 1-room apartment in Netphen will be available from 15.10.2026. A separate living and sleeping area, an existing kitchenette and a private bathroom provide everything you need for an independent daily life.
The living and sleeping area has two windows and can be furnished with your own furniture for living, studying and sleeping. You can store supplies and everyday items in the separate storage room. The bathroom has a window and a shower.
The apartment is rented unfurnished. The kitchenette remains part of the apartment. The parking space is rented together with the apartment and listed separately at €50 per month.

The advance payments are reconciled annually. Electricity and internet are paid separately.

APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply after viewing: completed tenant self-disclosure form, plus brief details of studies/occupation, household size and desired move-in date.
Only after a positive selection, immediately before signing the contract, the following will be required:
• current proof that rent payments are secured (e.g. proof of income for the last 3 months; students may instead provide a guarantee or suitable proof of financing),
• suitable current proof of creditworthiness (not a complete GDPR data copy); if a guarantee is provided, proof of income and creditworthiness for the guarantor as well,
• for students, certificate of enrolment or admission.
Information that is not required may be redacted. An identity document will only need to be presented for identity verification when the contract is signed; please do not send a copy of your ID in advance.

Central location on Kronprinzenstraße in Netphen. Especially convenient for students: The “Netphen Ziegelei” bus stop is only around 140 m away. The R16 goes towards Weidenau; from there, UniExpress and local bus routes run to the university campuses on Haardter Berg. The campuses are also easy to reach by car via the B62. Please check the connection to your respective campus.
