The bus stop is just around the corner. Velten train station is a few minutes’ walk away, from there you can get to Berlin quickly via Hennigsdorf. If you commute, you do not need a second car here. The motorway can be reached in a few minutes.
Everything you need for everyday life is within walking distance. Supermarkets, bakers, a pharmacy, doctors. Day-care centres and schools are also nearby.
And if you want to get outside after work, you have the forest and the Havel lakes practically on your doorstep. In summer, you can be by the water in fifteen minutes.
