Everything needed for everyday life is within walking distance. Several supermarkets are nearby, including a REWE on Moritzstraße (approx. 5 minutes’ walk). You can reach the Luisenforum and the pedestrian zone in around 10 minutes on foot. Bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and doctors are right in the neighborhood.
The transport links are also very good. The “Schiersteiner Straße” bus stop is practically right outside the front door and is served by several lines. The main station is about 1 km away (around 12 minutes on foot); from there, S-Bahn trains run to Frankfurt and Mainz. By car, you can quickly reach the A66 and A643 via Schiersteiner Straße.
