The centre of Bommern offers a large supermarket, dispensing chemist, a wood oven bakery and various restaurants. The appealing landscape towards Bommerholz and Sprockhövel is ideal for excursions and walks. A bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk from the property, offering a five minute journey to Witten’s main rail station, from which trains take you to Bochum, Essen, Dortmund and Hagen.
    The rent already includes the service charges and heating costs. Electricity must be paid for separately.
    We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Spacious living room/dining room with large windows in the living area and access to the garden terrace.
