The absolute highlight: shared use of the parklike garden with seating - perfect for relaxing among greenery. The monthly rent applies to occupancy by one person. The rent increases by €50 for each additional person. Service charges, heating costs, electricity and internet access are all already included in the rent. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be invoiced according to the work involved. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested. The home office is a perfect place to work, thanks to its large desk. The bedroom offers a bed (1.40m x 2.00m). Internet access already included in the rent.
