Perfect for two or three students or for a company to rent in order to accommodate project workers and trainees etc. The apartment was newly furnished in early 2025, and represents modern accommodation for people staying in Recklinghausen for work or training purposes. This is a non-smoking property. The rail station is only 200 metres away, offering direct connections to Bochum (20 minutes), Gelsenkirchen (15 minutes), Essen (25 minutes) and Münster (30 minutes). The Recklinghausen campus of the Westfälische Hochschule is only 15 minutes’ walk or six minutes’ bike ride away. Recklinghausen’s pedestrian zone and old town, with its delightful cafes and bars, is in the direct vicinity. In the ground floor of the building there is a fast food outlet, and next door is a grocery shop selling fruit, vegetables and Oriental produce.The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by two people, and already includes service charges and €100 as an estimated advance payment towards heating costs (gas). You are responsible for arranging the supply contract. Electricity costs must be paid separately. If occupied by three people, the rent increases (by agreement).
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Bright rooms, fully fitted and newly furnished. The spacious, architecturally pleasing living room offers an attractive lounge and dining area with sofa, armchair and large dining table to seat up to six. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with glass extractor hood and also an oven. A large fridge-freezer, plus tableware, cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided. The spacious bathroom has a window, shower, bathtub, washbasin with mirror and a heated towel rail, as well as housing a combined washing machine/dryer. The apartment boasts two to three bedrooms, one of which is in its own corridor and has a dressing room.

Recklinghausen
The city of Recklinghausen is home to the Ruhrfestspiele theatre festival, and has an appealing old town area with marketplace and town hall square, as well as appealing shops. The A43 and A2 motorways are just a few minutes’ drive away. From these you can reach the surrounding towns and cities Herne, Herten, Marl (including the Chemiepark business park) and Gelsenkirchen.
