    This fully furnished apartment on the third storey is easily reached in the lift. You are just five minutes’ walk away from the Königsallee, the Japanese Quarter and the main rail station. Living/sleeping room with kitchen area, plus entrance hall and shower room. The floor-to-ceiling window with French balcony provides a bright, homely atmosphere. All businesses to meet your daily needs, plus a wide variety of restaurants and cafes, are in the direct vicinity. This apartment is the perfect solution if you need to be absolutely central during your stay in Düsseldorf. This is a non-smoking property.
    The rent already includes all service charges and internet access. If required, an underground parking space only a few steps away can be provided – price upon request. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested. A basic range of cooking utensils and tableware, plus bedding and towels, is provided. A smart TV with internet access is installed. The kitchen area is equipped with a double hob, a fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining table to seat four is also ideal for use as a desk. Other furnishings include a sofa and a comfortable bed (dimensions 1.80m x 2.00m). Modern bathroom with shower.
