The neighbouring cities Bochum and Dortmund are easily reached.
If required, it would be possible to rent one or two spaces in the underground car park. The building’s cellar also offers bicycle storage and a laundry room. The enclosed garden offers lots of greenery, as well as an area with children’s play equipment.
The rent already includes service charges and heating costs, plus internet access and the cost of cleaning the building’s staircase. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested. The apartment is fully equipped with high quality fittings and furnishings throughout, and also offers internet access. A particular highlight is the large, furnished balcony, which offers a lovely view. The spacious living room offers a leather sofa, internet-ready TV and a dining area to seat up to four people. Adjoining this is the fitted kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob with extractor hood and a fridge-freezer. The lower level of the apartment also offers a guest area with guest room with sofabed and desk, as well as a shower room.
A staircase from the living room takes you to the apartment’s upper level, where you will find two homely bedrooms (one of which features a new, high quality walk-in wardrobe), and a bathroom with bath and shower. The washing machine and dryer are waiting for you in the building’s laundry cellar.
Two spaces in the underground car park also available if required.

Witten lies to the south-east of Bochum, not far away from the Bergisches Land and Sauerland. The municipal area comprises both urban and rural areas. The infrastructure is not concentrated within a town centre, but is rather found in the individual districts. The residential areas can be regarded as spanning basic to good. Witten is connected to the A43, A44 and A45 motorways. Buses and trains take you to the neighbouring cities of Dortmund and Bochum.
