    First-time occupancy summer 2021: Charming newly renovated and furnished apartment in an annexe, with seating in the courtyard, an optional parking space and a view of greenery. Non-smoking property. The property represents an ideal alternative to a hotel, and is fully fitted and furnished. A parking space in the courtyard can be rented for €25 per month. The property’s location offers quick links to Bochum city centre (trams 318 and 308, journey time approx 8 minutes) and to the university, which you can reach in 10 minutes. Also only a short drive away are the A43 and A40 motorways, to Herne and Castrop-Rauxel. There is a bicycle parking space for you in the courtyard.
    The rent already includes service charges, heating costs and the cost of electricity.
    We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Wonderful living room/dining room with window facade overlooking the garden, offering a view of greenery. The living area houses a sofa, armchair, large flat-screen satellite TV and a desk. Internet access possible. The open-plan dining area offers a table with two chairs and a single person’s kitchen area with double ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and tableware. Bedroom with window shutters and air conditioning, bed (1.2m wide), wardrobe, satellite TV and desk with chair. There is also lots of additional storage space in the hall. The apartment also offers a shower room with window. You can also have use of a laundry room in the main building, which offers two washing machines and a drying room.
