This cosy apartment is in the attic storey of a well-maintained multi-family building in Dortmund's Aplerbeck district. It is ideal for a single person. The apartment also has its own parking space. The surrounding towns of Holzwickede, Unna and Schwerte are all just a few minutes' drive away. The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with the kitchen and sleeping areas separated off by partitions. It also has a shower room. The rent of €750 includes service charges, heating, electricity and internet access. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged according to the work involved, at a rate of €15 per hour. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Fully furnished, including with a large bed (2.00m x 1.40m). A TV with satellite reception, dishwasher and tableware are also provided. You have shared use of a washing machine in the building's cellar. In the living/dining area, you will also find a sofa, an armchair and a large dining table. Parking is possible in a parking space that belongs to the building's grounds, or alternatively, on the street. Flat-rate internet is already included in the rent.

The district of Aplerbeck lies around 6km to the south-east of the city centre, and is over 1,100 years old. The central focus and shopping area is Köln-Berliner Straße. Worth a visit is Haus Rodenberg, a moated castle dating from the Middle Ages. The northern part of Aplerbeck is a residential area with lots of greenery.
