The apartment is located on Vautierstraße in the coveted district of Düsseltal, Düsseldorf. The surroundings are characterized by well -kept old buildings, calm, green streets and a high quality of life. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity: a Rewe market is only about 370 m away, as well as a Kamps branch for fresh baked goods.

For families and school children, the neighborhood offers several educational institutions: In Düsseltal, for example, the Paulus School (Catholic primary school) and the Carl sunshine school and Brehm School are available as further offers. All schools can be reached by bike or public transport within 10–15 minutes.

The Düsseldorf Central Station can be reached in about 15 minutes over the line of the bus. For drivers, the near L242 leads directly to the B8, from where you can reach Düsseldorf Airport via the A44 in around 20 minutes.
