Spacious (approx 75m²), homely apartment with unique charm, in Dortmund's south. The apartment is arranged as follows: entrance hall, bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. There is also a practical storage room accessible from the kitchen. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of two people. The monthly rent is €1075.
