The room is suitable for a maximum of one person. Shops (baker, dispensing chemist and supermarkets etc) are only 50 metres away. The monthly rent of €460 includes service charges, heating costs and electricity. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay by arrangement. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony! We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Fully furnished room, including raised bed (1.40m above the floor), sofabed, wardrobe and desk. Bedlinen and towels are also provided. The bathroom is reminiscent of a spa! Here you will find a bath and shower. You also have shared use of the washing machine. A wonderful balcony, facing the garden, invites you to relax.
