Bright, modern room in a flatshare with two to three other people. Near the Kaiserviertel. You have shared use of the kitchen, balcony and bathroom with its wellness ambience. The room is suitable for a maximum of one person. Shops (baker, dispensing chemist and supermarkets etc) are only 50 metres away. The monthly rent of €460 includes service charges, heating costs and electricity. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay by arrangement. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony! We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.
