An underground car park can be used for €80 per month. The apartment promises the highest comfort and pleasant coziness at the same time and is a top hotel alternative for business stays in the Bochum/Essen/Gelsenkirchen/Herne region. The house is located in a preferred, beautiful residential area of Wattenscheid and is only a few minutes' drive from the A 40 motorway. Bus lines go, for example, in the direction of Bochum-Dahlhausen, Herne and Essen-Steele.
    The rent already includes the operating costs and an advance payment for heating costs of € 100, - and 2 x per month apartment cleaning. Electricity is to be paid separately.
    An energy certificate is not yet available on the part of the landlord, but is requested. The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. The large living room with dining area features a leather corner sofa and flat-screen TV. From here you can access the balcony terrace with its wonderful view of the garden.
