    Stylish apartment with separate entrance, in the Aplerbeck area of Dortmund. Wonderful, quiet location by the woods, yet well connected: shops nearby, with the centre of Aplerbeck being about 2km away. The apartment offers a balcony, providing a view of greenery. If occupied by two people, the rent increases by €55 per month. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged according to the work involved. If required, regular cleaning of the apartment can be arranged at extra charge. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested. The apartment was furnished in mid-2017. The living area is furnished with a high quality sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, desk and dining area. The kitchen offers, among other things, a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor hood and microwave. It is also where you will find the washing machine and dryer. There is currently a sofabed in the entrance hall. If required, the property owner can provide an additional bed. The bedroom offers a large, spacious wardrobe and a bed (1.80m x 2.00m). The bathroom features modern tiling and offers a bath, shower and window.

    The district of Aplerbeck lies around 6km to the south-east of the city centre, and is over 1,100 years old. The central focus and shopping area is Köln-Berliner Straße. Worth a visit is Haus Rodenberg, a moated castle dating from the Middle Ages. The northern part of Aplerbeck is a residential area with lots of greenery.
