In Springe, the private residential cooperative Zur Schille eG is building 50 modern, tasteful apartment buildings with a total of 50 attractive, largely barrier-free new-build apartments with two to four rooms and living areas of approx. 48–103 m². The buildings will be constructed energy-efficiently and sustainably (KfW EH-40 with QNG-PLUS certification), and each roof will have its own photovoltaic system. The entrances face a large communal square to encourage interaction, while a centrally located community building promotes togetherness within the private residential cooperative. This mix of renting and ownership provides high-quality, affordable housing (we will be happy to explain the details in a personal conversation and on our website).

The apartment offered here is located in Building B, whose long side faces approximately south. This provides plenty of light in the apartments, which also brightens the mood. With its clear layout, the apartment accommodates every mood—whether you need peace and a retreat or want to eat together or socialize in the spacious open-plan kitchen-living area.

During the day, light floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows into the apartments, which are therefore always bright and welcoming. A storage room and a dressing room, as well as a step-free shower bathroom, complete comfortable living across approximately 73 square meters.

The crowning feature is the large terrace on the setback floor, which extends around the corner of the building and offers plenty of space for quiet moments after work, working or dining outdoors, or spending time together with neighbors or friends.

The storage rooms are located in the stairwell, while the ground floor contains a utility room and the building services for the photovoltaic system. There are also ample parking spaces for cars and bicycles.

With the purchase price, you acquire shares in a private residential cooperative on a one-time basis and the right to use the apartment. In addition, all members pay a fair monthly usage fee comparable to rent; this will remain at a stable level over the long term.

At the beginning of the construction phase, key elements such as flooring can be selected from presented models to suit your own taste as part of a selection process.

Southwest of the state capital Hanover lies the livable half-timbered town of Springe, with about 30,000 inhabitants in its catchment area and a suburban character. The district of Bennigsen, located in the northeast with around 4,300 inhabitants, stands out pleasantly due to its quiet atmosphere on the southern slope of the Süllberg and offers many opportunities to shape a long-term future with a high quality of life.

People in employment and commuters appreciate the excellent transport connections to the state capital Hanover (22 km), whether by car or S-Bahn. B217, A4 and A2 are 10 to 20 minutes away by car. The international airport can be reached by car in under an hour. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in just a few minutes – and may even save you from needing a second car.
