Although the racetrack, Rochusclub and other things mistakenly attributed to Grafenberg are not actually located in the district, the district nevertheless benefits from these attractions.
Strictly speaking, Grafenberg lies at the foot of the Grafenberg Forest. Its advantage: good local amenities and shopping opportunities around Staufenplatz. Speaking of Staufenplatz: when the (large) circus comes to town, the tents are usually set up there. Spectacular shows and popular open-air attractions are also regularly offered on this square. The well-attended Easter fair, held together with the shooting festival, has become a tradition.
Very close by, an attraction of an entirely different kind literally bubbles out of the earth: the "Jan-Wellem Spring." Once, its water helped the famous Elector with his digestive problems.
