Wherever possible, we forgo synthetic exterior insulation panels and choose vapor-permeable, ecological building materials, such as mineral-insulated bricks.
To ensure the walls’ “breathability” indoors as well, we do not use wallpaper or sealing wall coatings.

Thanks to the KfW40 standard and the QNG certificate, a 20% special depreciation is possible under Section 7b of the German Income Tax Act (EStG).
