The complex itself stands on a spacious, established plot. A parking space is located directly at the building. A playground has also been provided for the “little ones”.
The entire residential complex was built in 1962 using solid construction methods and modernized and renovated in 1997. New roof covering, new plastic insulated-glass windows, new gas-fired central heating, new sanitary installations with separate hot- and cold-water meters, new electrical installation, etc.
In July/August 2026, all rooms were completely renovated. Walls and ceilings were repainted and, in some areas, replastered.
