The house was built in 1966, the attic conversion was in 1992. Energy certificate (consumption) 130.3, class E. The energy source is oil, the system has central heating with two burners.
The apartment officially has 54 m². The floor area is larger because of the sloping roof. All windows are vertical. They were inspected and serviced by a specialist company in 2025. The laminate floor was laid in 2013. The kitchenette with sink and stove was newly installed in 2016. It was rented out unrestored and the apartment may therefore be returned swept clean but unrestored. This avoids duplicate work, quick shoddy workmanship, and everyone can set up the apartment according to their own ideas without time pressure.
