This well-designed and fully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in beautiful Bochum-Querenburg. The apartment has its own entrance and is a non-smoking property. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a bathroom and a guest WC, a large living room with a separated dining area, a kitchen with a table and chairs, and a beautifully landscaped garden terrace. The garden has a 7 x 7 metre swimming pool, which may also be used. Ruhr University and the Unicenter shopping centre are only approx. 5 minutes' walk away; the Universitätsstraße, the A 448 motorway and the city centre can be reached by car in a short time. Lennershof underground station is 500 metres away and offers a direct and fast connection to Bochum main station. Parking is available directly on the street (quiet cul-de-sac).
The rent is calculated for two people; if used by more than two people, the rent will increase by € 185 per person. The rent includes a flat-rate allowance for gas/heating costs. If the energy supplier increases the price of energy costs, the landlords reserve the right to increase the flat-rate rent accordingly. Private electricity consumption is payable separately. Cleaning of the apartment by arrangement.

The dining area is somewhat separated; a table with four chairs and a display cabinet are provided here. Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and a large five-door wardrobe. The bright, tiled bathroom has a window, shower, bathtub, WC and washbasin. Separate guest WC, which also contains a washing machine, dryer and cleaning utensils. Guest or children's room with up to two single beds and wardrobe. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen including dishwasher; there is a dining table with chairs and a lovely view of the garden. Internet access is available on request.

Querenburg
The most important institution in this district is the Ruhr University with 43,000 students. The university enjoys academic prestige and with its importance it is impossible to imagine the region without it. The Hustadt residential area is located northeast of the university. Not far from the university is also the Bochum University of Applied Sciences and the Technology Park development project. Southeast of all this, Querenburg has a lot to offer in terms of landscape on the slopes of the Ruhr. Querenburg's marina is located in Heveney. The residential areas located in the northwest are colorful and varied in size and type of construction. Traffic connections: Access to the Nordhausenring (southern city highway); U 35 in the direction of Bochum-City and Herne. Local buses go to other parts of Bochum and to Witten.
