First of all, I would like to point out that this is a private sale, commission-free and without an estate agent.
The property was built around 1900 by an artist and remained in family ownership for generations. **There is no listed building protection**, which gives you full creative freedom.
In 1993, my father acquired the property and, as part of a comprehensive core renovation, had it divided into rental apartments (it would be easy to convert it back into the dream single-family house). Major renovations carried out since then:
