On behalf of our customer, the following plot is being sold:
Parcel 138/9 of the district 8902 Zwickau OT Cainsdorf currently comprises a plot area of 6270m². Of this, approx. 5000m² of land ready for construction, consisting of two nearly level terraces and partly sloping terrain, are to be separated and sold.
The area to be sold is currently used as a garden and is correspondingly overgrown. The new plot boundary as well as the survey points are available in rough planning and can be agreed in more detail if there is concrete interest. The removal of the pool as well as the dilapidated shed/outdoor enclosure will be carried out after consultation/coordination with the owners.
