Rental conditions and important information:

The tenancy agreement will be concluded with an indexed rent agreement. The development of the net cold rent is based on the contractual provisions and the Consumer Price Index for Germany published by the Federal Statistical Office.

The existing fitted kitchen can be taken over from the current tenant in return for a payment of 2,000 euros. It is not rented out with the apartment and is therefore not part of the tenancy agreement or the rented property. The details of the takeover will be agreed directly with the previous tenant.
