Location, Furnished Letting & Note on the Modernization Work
The location of the Mundsburg Tower combines urban Hamburg living with excellent infrastructure and the immediate proximity to the Außenalster. Shopping facilities, restaurants, a cinema and public transport are practically on the doorstep.
The Hamburger Meile is directly adjacent to the building complex. The large shopping center offers numerous fashion and lifestyle stores as well as supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, bakeries, cafés and various services. Everyday shopping can therefore be done conveniently and without a car.
There is also plenty on offer for leisure and entertainment. The UCI Kino Mundsburg is located directly in the Mundsburg Center and can be reached within a few minutes. Around Mundsburger Damm and the Hamburger Meile, there is also a diverse selection of restaurants, cafés and dining options – from a quick lunch to a relaxed dinner.

On my floor, the new lines have already been installed and only need to be covered. On some other floors, electrical wiring is still being replaced in places. The work on my floor is therefore largely complete, so according to the current status, no major or permanently loud disturbances are expected here anymore.
The tradespeople usually work Mondays to Thursdays from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:30; as a rule, no work takes place on Fridays.
From 2028, the renovation of the exterior façade, including the replacement of the windows, is also planned. Once the time comes, the actual window replacement is expected to take place on one floor within a single day.

Public transport connections are excellent. The Mundsburg underground station and several bus connections are in the immediate vicinity. Hamburg city center, the central station, the Binnenalster and Jungfernstieg can therefore be reached quickly. There are also good road connections in all directions across the city.
