We are setting up a new 6-person women's flatshare in Leimen. A spacious, bright room of approx. 13 m2 is currently available.

We are looking for pleasant, open-minded and respectful female flatmates aged approximately 18 to 31 who value a relaxed, friendly and harmonious living environment. We make sure that new flatmates are a good fit for the existing flatshare community. Pets are not allowed.

The room is rented furnished and already comes equipped with the following furniture:

- Chair.

The easy-care PVC flooring creates a pleasant, modern atmosphere.

The apartment has a total living area of approx. 125 m2 and is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building.

Smoking in the apartment is not permitted.

Furnished 19 m² room in a women-only flatshare – 17 min to Heidelberg – 600 € all-inclusive

Bright 19 m² room in a 6-person flatshare in the centre of Leimen, (tram line 2) to Heidelberg in about 17 minutes – at roughly 100 € less than a comparable room in the city. 600 € is all-inclusive: 600 Mbit/s fibre, electricity, waste, heating. The building dates from 1974 (energy class B), so it is warm and cheap to run.
Fully furnished: bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair. The flat was renovated in September 2026 – new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refreshed bathroom with bath and shower, plus a separate guest WC. Washer-dryer at no extra cost, and every resident gets her own cellar room. Deposit 1.000 €.
Registration certificate (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) provided immediately after signing.
