With a down payment of 25,000.00 euros and the mentioned rental instalments, the house belongs to the tenant after 8.5 years. In the case of an immediate purchase, the property is of course cheaper.
Such a property, rented in this way and adapted according to one's own ideas, is usually cheaper than paying more and renovating a property in better condition again in order to adapt it to one's needs, which is usually the case!
