The current tenant would like the kitchen to be taken over in exchange for a reasonable compensation payment. The original purchase costs will of course not be used as the compensation amount. The exact amount and all other details will be agreed directly between the current and future tenants.
If agreed individually, other pieces of furniture may also be taken over. The kitchen, electrical appliances, and furniture are not part of the rental agreement.
