The apartment is situated in the fourth storey of a multi-family building. Non-smoking property. With air conditioning, and the building has a two-way intercom.
The rent already includes service charges and heating costs. Electricity must be paid for separately. Use of the wi-fi internet connection is possible for €20 a month.
The property owner does not yet have an energy certificate, but it has been requested.

Unusual and harmonious design – a unique property! The living areas are spread across the entire storey and have an open-plan design. Floor coverings: parquet floorboards. A well-equipped, walk-in dressing room is accessible from the sleeping area, and features frosted glass sliding doors. The windows are fitted with Velux shutters and pleated blinds.

The large and attractive district of Rüttenscheid lies approximately two kilometres south of the city centre, and offers not just vibrant life on the ‘RÜ’, the place to see and be seen, with its restaurants and bars, but also green portions such as the Grugapark or its proximity to the popular southern districts of Essen with the Kruppwald woods and the Baldeneysee.
