Pempelfort’s shops and gastronomic centre, with its numerous cafes and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The local rail station Zoo is five minutes’ walk away, and the airport 15 minutes away. The A52 motorway towards Essen, Oberhausen and Mönchengladbach is five minutes’ drive away.
The rent already includes service charges, heating costs, electricity costs, internet access and the parking space.

Pempelfort is closely bound up with Düsseldorf’s development as a city of the arts and as a garden city. A large part of the Hofgarten, with its gardener’s lodge (today the Theatermuseum) and the Schloss Jägerhof palace, which was built in the 18th century and is now the home of the Goethe Musuem, lies in Pempelfort.
