From April 1, 2027, it will be possible to rent the premises of the Landmarkt on Grüne.
The store has extensive storage options in the building or on the outdoor area, incl. a 150 m² covered shed enclosed on 3 sides.
The agricultural trade has existed since 1898, at the current location since around 1900, and until 1963 also with the old half-timbered mill.
The total area (details see attachments) is divided into 3 levels:
Ground floor, 224 m²
Entrance at the front on the main street via stairs/ramp into the store. Further entrances to this level are the building entrance (2nd access to the office/checkout room) and a side ramp with stairs that can accommodate pallets. The current office and adjoining room with a window facing the courtyard will be equipped with an air-to-air heat pump for cost-effective heating as well as cooling in summer. A larger IR panel heater is currently installed on the ceiling. The remaining rooms on this floor are unheated. Ceiling heights around 3.40 meters.
Basement U1, 194 m²
The basement is accessible via an internal staircase. Due to the hillside location, there are three further external accesses: the rear ramp, a ramp door, and a single door. All basement rooms are unheated. The basement rooms are on one level and can be used with pallet trucks and pallets. Ceiling heights 2.05 to 2.31.
Outdoor area, 450 m² + shed, 150 m²
The outdoor grounds (excluding the shed) are included free of charge in their current condition in the overall package, incl. the 6 parking spaces there (if no pallets are stored).
