With sweeping views over the harbour town and Baltic Sea, the holiday apartment is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities. Whether hiking or cycling through Jasmund National Park to the famous chalk cliffs, or excursions to the many attractions along Rügen’s east coast, such as Cape Arkona in the north or the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin in the south.
Space and comfort were prioritised in the construction and furnishing of the holiday apartment. The 94 sqm apartment has a living room with an open connection to the kitchen. The balcony in front can be accessed from both areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, ceramic hob and a table at which 6 guests can dine comfortably.
In the two bedrooms, “Bruno box-spring beds” with 7-zone comfort mattresses ensure restful sleep. Two further guests can use the “Bruno sofa bed” in the living room, which promises a high level of sleeping comfort through box-spring technology. The living room and bedrooms each have a Smart TV.
The bathroom features a large level-access rain shower and two washbasins.
The apartment on the 1st floor is accessible by lift and is barrier-free. The apartment includes a parking space.
The holiday apartment is completely ready for rental! Since autumn 2025, it has been offered for commercial holiday rental for up to 6 guests through the Femaris agency. The high booking figures and very good reviews show that guests feel comfortable here.
The purchase price includes the parking space (7,500€) and all furnishings and accessories (30,000€).
