With a wide view over the harbor town and the Baltic Sea, the holiday apartment is the ideal starting point for a variety of activities. Whether it is a hike or bike tour through Jasmund National Park to the famous chalk cliffs or trips to many attractions along the east coast of Rügen such as Cape Arkona in the north or the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin in the south.
During the construction and furnishing of the holiday apartment, great emphasis was placed on space and comfort. The 94 sqm apartment has a living room with an open connection to the kitchen. The balcony in front of it can be accessed from both areas. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. oven, ceramic cooktop and a table where 6 guests can comfortably dine.
In the two bedrooms, “Bruno box-spring beds” with 7-zone comfort mattresses guarantee a restful sleep. In the living room, two additional guests can use the “Bruno sofa bed,” which promises high sleeping comfort thanks to box-spring technology. The living room and the bedrooms are each equipped with a Smart TV.
The bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower and two washbasins.
The apartment on the 1st floor is accessible by elevator and barrier-free. The apartment includes a parking space.
The holiday apartment is completely ready for rental! Since autumn 2025, it has been offered in commercial holiday letting for up to 6 guests via the Femaris agency. That the guests feel at home here is shown by the high booking numbers and the very good reviews.
The purchase price includes the parking space (7,500€) and all furnishings and accessories (30,000€).
The owners will shortly offer two further holiday apartments “Inseltraum” with approx. 75 sqm and “Kogge” with approx. 100 sqm living space, which are currently being furnished, for sale in the same building. If interested, you are welcome to view these already.
