At the moment it is unoccupied, or rather not yet habitable. We had stripped the house down to its shell and already started some work. However, for health reasons we are no longer able to complete it ourselves. The house must be renovated within its existing outer boundaries; there is an approval letter from the building authority for this. Demolition and new construction are not permitted by the authorities. Building elsewhere is currently also not approved. Of course, electricity, water and wastewater are already in the house, which was continuously inhabited and built since approx. 1964 by the family registered there until the start of the renovation.
Some work has already been done, but there is still much to do. The property is for sale immediately. The property includes five rooms. However, the layout inside can still be changed. The house was built using timber frame construction. The house also includes a garage and a basement.
